I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund.

If the item is not defective or damaged, you must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the amount of your original purchase minus the original shipping charge. Bag must be sealed. Please Include a name and order number on the returned parcels. If there are any issues with your order we will make it right!

Can I cancel my order?

Please notify us by email ASAP; since we are a fresh roasted to order you must cancel your order before it is sealed and packaged. If the item is already shipped please use our easy return system to get a refund.

How long does shipping take?

  • All orders received by 5:00 PM (PST) Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday are roasted and shipped next day. COVID-19 issues with USPS may impact shipping days but we always keep you posted with emails and real-time tracking once in transit.
  • Shipping transit generally takes 1-4 business days. This ensures you receive your fresh roasted specialty beans at the peak of flavor. We package your coffee in a valved tin tie bag to preserve coffee freshness.
